Gildia zawodowa, albo potocznie "zawodówka", to pojęcie pochodzące ze starego systemu organizacji na Arkadii. Określało ono gildię dającą postaci zawód, a zarazem treningi na wysokich poziomach. Możliwe było łączenie członkostwa w zawodówce z członkostwem w [[Gildia rasowa|gildii rasowej]].
